The Ben Lomond was formerly The Bigelow Hotel and was constructed in 1927. The building is located on the southeast corner of Washington Boulevard and Historic 25th Street in Ogden, Utah.
The hotel achieved, and has held, the distinction of the tallest building in the city of Ogden from the time of its construction and it is considered one of three "grand hotels" in Utah. Architecturally the hotel is a fine example of the Italian Renaissance Revival style, common in the 1920s, but unusual for Utah. The building stands as a prime example of the growth and economic development in Ogden during that decade.
The Ben Lomond offers a rare combination of downtown excitement, culture and history surrounded by the natural beauty of the Wasatch Range.
Just minutes away from skiing, climbing, kayaking, and mountain biking, Ogden is a great base camp for outdoor enthusiasts. You will be able to play hard all day and then enjoy the fine dining and entertainment available in historic downtown Ogden.
Plan your stay at The Ben Lomond and experience the excitement of the west and the historic crossroads of our nation.
