4/6/2010Had an excellent stay at the Ben Lomond Historic Hotel. Fantastic location to ski resorts, historic 25th St. Salomon Complex...
Ogden Pioneer Days celebrates its 75th Anniversary this year and part of this celebration is the beautiful display of close to eighty hand painted horses that line the streets in downtown Ogden. The west was built on the back of its horses, on the spirit of its cowboys and on the character of its pioneers. With the "Trail to Pioneer Days" display Ogden celebrates cowboys, ranching, rodeo and our western way of life. These magnificent horses will graze along Historic 25th Street, Union Station, Washington Boulevard and the Junction leading the way to the Pioneer Stadium where Ogden Pioneer Days originated and where the feeling of the American West still lives.
The Historic 25th Street Farmers' market invites you to visit downtown Ogden with the promise of a mini-festival each week. The market is the talk of the town and a great place to meet friends and new people. A wide variety of local growers participate in bringing fresh produce, seasonal flowers & herbs from late summer through fall. Ogden Farmers' Market also offers music, crafts, entertainment and fun for the entire family.
