Driving Directions to Wolf Mountain Ski Resort From Ben Lomond Suites Historic Hotel

Head north on Washington Blvd. and turn right onto Highway 39 (12th Street/Ogden Canyon).
Follow 39 up to the Pineview Dam at the west end of Pineview Reservoir and turn left on Rte. 158, heading over the dam. Travel on Rte. 158 approximately 4 miles until the road forks near a trailhead parking lot. Bear left following the sign to Liberty until you come to a four-way stop.

Turn left onto Highway 162 and travel 2 miles to the Wolf Mountain sign, then turn left. At the first yield sign, take a final left and travel approx. ½ mile until you see the Wolf Creek Utah Ski Resort driveway on your right.

Snowbasin is a great ski resort with 3,000 ski-able acres and a total of 113 runs. Snowbasin was the venue for the men's and women's downhill competitions in the 2002 Olympic Winter Games. Snowbasin hosted the 2010, 2011 and 2012 Winter Dew Tours where snowboard and free-ski athletes got to compete and show off their moves. Snowbasin's lift hours are 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily during the ski season which runs from Thanksgiving until mid April (conditions permitting).

Proceed north on Washington Blvd. for 1.7 miles. Turn right onto 12th St./State Road 39. Proceed east on 12th St./State Road 39 through Ogden Canyon, past Pineview Dam and turn right on State Road 167 heading south (just west of a gas station). Turn right on State Road 226 heading west and proceed approximately three miles to Snowbasin.

The city of Ogden now has a ski bus to the local ski resorts with a stop less than half a block from the hotel. The ski bus is just $8.50 round trip and takes about an hour. Tokens for the ski bus are available for purchase at the front desk.
